Below is my ongoing project to be completed by end of 2012. It is a room addition with new bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms, three car garage, new entry, and new roof over the residence. Not only am I a kitchen and bath contractor, I do complete home remodeling with precision and care.

R30 insulation in! Tip: Cut insulation to fit slightly oversized with a sharp scissor or very sharp utility knife. Less itchy fiberglass insulation particles in the air!

Now, this is how to put 5/8 inch drywall on the ceiling!

How'd you get that angle? Hallway drywalling. Use screws and 5/8 inch thick where ever you can for a better built project!
